Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

At Studio Maof, we want everyone to be able to explore our work and reach us easily. We built this website to be comfortable to use for people with disabilities too.

Accessibility level

This website was built in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, following the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

The site was tested with automated tools, keyboard navigation and a screen reader in October 2026.

What we did on the site

  • The site is available in Hebrew, Arabic and English, and each language is displayed in its own reading direction.
  • The entire site can be navigated with a keyboard, with a clear indicator on the element in focus.
  • A link at the start of every page to skip straight to the main content.
  • A clear heading structure and labeled page regions, so screen readers can make sense of each page.
  • Alternative text for images that show our work, with decorative elements hidden from screen readers.
  • Color contrast meeting level AA, in both light and dark mode.
  • Text can be enlarged in the browser up to 200% without losing content.
  • If you've turned on reduced motion on your device, the site is shown without animations.
  • Links that open in a new tab are marked as such.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or components may not yet be fully accessible. Photos of work added in the future will receive alternative text, though there may occasionally be a delay.

Links to external services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, are the responsibility of their providers.

Accessibility of the premises

The factory is at 5 HaMada Street, Ashdod. For details on getting here and on accessibility of the premises, please talk to Gili before you come, and we'll make sure your visit suits your needs.

Ran into a problem? Talk to us

If something on the site isn't accessible to you, or you have a suggestion for improvement, we'd be glad to hear it. Tell us which page it is and what the problem is, and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.

Accessibility coordinator: Gili, Studio Maof. There is no email address for requests at the moment, so please contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
